If youre hungry to break into **IT business development** and youre not afraid of proactive work (yes: outreach \+ cold calling), this ones for you. ### **What youll do** Youll be right in the engine room of our sales motion — learning by doing, with the team backing you up: * **Market research \& account mapping** (who to target, why them, why now) * **Lead generation** (lists, segmentation, outreach sequences) * **Outbound client outreach** (email/LinkedIn \+ follow\-ups) * **Cold calling** (yes — and youll get coaching to build confidence \+ rhythm) * **CRM maintenance** (clean data, next steps, pipeline hygiene) * **Scheduling demos/meetings** for senior sales * **Supporting proposals** (structure, inputs, follow\-up) * **Assisting contract negotiation** (you wont be alone — youll learn the process) Quick honesty: this is hands\-on. Some days youll get ignored. Other days youll book 3 meetings. Consistency wins. ### **What were looking for** We dont need a perfect CV.
