What You’ll Do * You won’t just work at the front desk — you’ll create experiences. * You’ll welcome guests with warmth, authenticity, and professionalism. * You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for questions, requests, and recommendations. * You’ll accompany guests throughout their stay, ensuring everything runs smoothly. * You’ll collaborate with various teams to deliver exceptional service. * You’ll help transform each stay into a happy memory. Who You Are * You have a genuine passion for human interaction and hospitality. * You already have experience in reception or similar roles. * You hold a degree in Tourism, Hotel Management, or related fields. * Speaking English is not a problem for you (disqualifying criterion). * You have knowledge of PMS (Host is a plus). * You communicate easily and maintain a polished appearance. * You are proactive, dynamic, responsible, and enjoy working in a team. * You are available for rotating shifts (including night shifts).
