We are expanding our team and seeking Multiskilled Production Operators to join our Factory. Contribute to the smooth operation of the factory by supporting various departments. Your Day-to-Day No two days are ever the same! You may be involved in diverse activities, such as: Production * Support teams across various factory sections; * Prepare raw materials, supplies, and equipment; * Stock workstations; * Assist in manufacturing and packaging operations; * Organize and prepare production areas for start-up. Sanitation and Operational Cleaning * Clean and disinfect production equipment; * Ensure sanitation of production areas; * Execute factory-defined cleaning plans; * Maintain cleanliness of tools, surfaces, and work zones; * Support deep-cleaning operations and production changeovers; * Guarantee high standards of hygiene and food safety. Organization and Operational Support * Collect and dispose of waste; * Organize materials and consumables; * Assist in assembling and disassembling equipment; * Identify and report anomalies; * Collaborate on various operational tasks whenever required.
