We are not just looking for someone to manage contacts; we seek our next Sales Professional — the driving force behind new customer acquisition and sustainable business growth, reporting directly to the Sales PT Director. What will be your impact? At ONI, you will be the key driver of our business growth. Your objective? To achieve sales targets and ensure full customer satisfaction, fostering relationships built on trust and profitability. Your day-to-day responsibilities: **Acquisition & Prospecting (60%):** Conduct targeted market prospecting to acquire new customers, identifying, developing, and positioning proposals with optimal solutions and competitive advantages to ensure commercial success. **Account Management & Growth (30%):** Manage your assigned account portfolio through a customized plan designed to build strong, trusting, and close relationships — aiming for long-term customer loyalty and sustainable business growth. **Operations & Knowledge (10%):** Submit weekly activity reports with precise tracking of open opportunities and progress toward goals, and ensure timely closure and resolution of internal processes to guarantee the highest quality of customer experience. **What do we value in you?** **Experience:** Minimum of 3–5 years in the ICT sector, especially in Cloud services sales within SaaS environments. **Technical Knowledge:** Strong technical expertise in Cloud (Telco and Cybersecurity knowledge is a plus), as well as familiarity with the technology solutions market and its competitors. **Mindset:** Customer orientation, proactivity, and commitment. **Personal Skills:** Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility and adaptability, empathy, and transparency.
