Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior OpenShift SME to act as a technical expert, defining standards, supporting architectural evolution, and providing mentoring to the team. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking a **Senior OpenShift SME** to join our company on one of our projects. **Responsibilities** * Act as the technical SME for the OpenShift platform * Define standards and best practices for Kubernetes/OpenShift environments * Support the platform's architectural evolution * Define and promote standards for Kubernetes workloads * Support advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis of critical incidents * Assist the operations team in resolving complex issues related to performance, security, and availability * Conduct technical reviews of critical deployments and workloads * Define high availability (HA) strategies * Define and support disaster recovery (DR) mechanisms * Contribute to business continuity and platform resilience initiatives * Support platform upgrades and lifecycle management * Define best practices for security hardening * Define RBAC, SCC, network policies, and secrets management models * Support platform security and compliance initiatives * Define and govern GitOps and CI/CD practices * Support ArgoCD adoption and operational automation * Define observability, monitoring, and logging standards * Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and architecture teams * Provide technical mentoring to the OpenShift/SRE team * Promote technological best practices and standards **Requirements** * Minimum of 5 years of experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift platforms * Strong experience with OpenShift Enterprise * Experience in designing, evolving, and governing Kubernetes platforms * Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes networking * Experience with GitOps and ArgoCD * Experience with advanced troubleshooting of critical environments * Experience in enterprise environments with high availability requirements * Experience in technical leadership and team mentoring **We value:** * Experience with Istio or Service Mesh * Knowledge of observability, Prometheus, and Grafana * Experience in security hardening and platform governance * Knowledge of HA, DR, and Business Continuity * Experience in regulated, financial, or mission-critical environments * Background in SRE or Platform Engineering **Work arrangement:** * Hybrid (2 days in office) **We offer:** * Unlimited access to Udemy; * 22 vacation days plus 3.5 days of tolerance per year; * Health insurance.
