We are recruiting a BIM Coordinator (Task Information Manager) to join our BIM team and play a central role in the digital coordination of complex projects, contributing to improved quality, efficiency, and sustainability of our developments. The Challenge We seek a professional with solid experience in BIM coordination, capable of ensuring effective integration of teams, processes, and information throughout the entire project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models (Architecture, Structures, and MEP) in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks environments; * Ensure project clash detection and the quality of technical information produced; * Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP), ensuring alignment among all stakeholders; * Integrate BIM models with scheduling (4D) and cost estimation (5D), enhancing project efficiency, predictability, and control; * Collaborate with design, construction, and innovation teams in implementing best digital practices; * Promote adoption of methodologies and tools accelerating the digital transformation of construction. We Are Looking For * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field; * Proven experience in BIM coordination within construction contexts; * Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and CDE platforms, with particular preference for Autodesk Forma; * Knowledge of BIM interoperability and standards (IFC and COBie); * Leadership capability, critical thinking, and strong results orientation. We Value * Experience with 4D and 5D modeling; * Autodesk and/or buildingSMART certifications; * Knowledge of Digital Twins, BIM data management, and Power BI; * Interest in technological innovation, sustainability, and construction industrialization.
