The Opportunity
As a Senior Actuarial Analyst, you'll play a key role in mentoring and developing junior team members while acting as a subject matter expert on pensions. You'll be responsible for guiding colleagues and overseeing actuarial work.
Your main functions will be:
* Provide actuarial and data services to the pensions market as part of a collaborative team.
* Act as an expert in technical actuarial matters related to pensions.
* Analyze and produce reports based on client needs and business requirements.
* Process and validate data with precision, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
* Manage projects effectively, planning and prioritizing tasks.
* Track progress on daily, weekly, and monthly project deliverables.
* Identify risks and issues, escalating them when necessary.
* Build strong relationships with consulting office teams.
* Support team members, mentoring junior colleagues and assisting senior stakeholders.
* Stay up to date with regulatory and industry developments.
**Qualifications**

We're seeking a highly motivated actuarial professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast\-paced environment.
Your Profile:
* FIA qualified or making strong exam progress
* Proven experience in actuarial valuation work and/or actuarial consultancy.
* Deep knowledge of Pensions, particularly legislative requirements and complexities in European markets.
* Strong analytical and reconciliation skills in Excel
* Up\-to\-date awareness of industry trends and how they impact clients
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
* Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Problem\-solving mindset with the ability to analyze complex data
* Team\-oriented approach, eager to mentor and support colleagues
