Compensation varies based on earnings and the mutually agreed payment arrangement. Possible arrangements include: 60% company / 40% driver (fuel and Via Verde covered by the company) 40% company / 60% driver (fuel and Via Verde covered by the driver) Or a weekly fixed amount agreed upon by both parties
