Job Summary: We are seeking an Automotive Mechanic for our van fleet, focused on fast, practical work and resolving real-world issues in used vehicles. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for professional growth and development We are recruiting an AUTOMOTIVE MECHANIC to support our van fleet operations and future in-house workshop. This is not a traditional workshop — it's fast, practical, high-volume work, yet also requires solving real issues in used vans. Responsibilities: • Oil and filter changes • Brakes (pads/discs) • Batteries • Minor mechanical repairs • Basic diagnostics • Resolving common faults in used vans • Supporting fleet preparation and ongoing maintenance Profile: • Minimum 3 years of experience • Experience with diesel vans (Kangoo, Partner, Berlingo, etc.) • Ability to perform rapid diagnostics • Self-motivated and resourceful • Production-focused (3–5 vehicles per day) Especially valued: • Clutch experience • Timing belt/distribution systems • Engine issues (leaks, overheating, etc.) • Ability to resolve issues efficiently without overcomplicating We do not seek slow perfectionism.
