Work with expert teams on large magnitude projects #### **Sobre o trabalho Project Manager** **What You'll do:** * Create and manage project plans; * Define project schedules, coordinate resource allocation with operational teams, and monitor progress; * Align project objectives with business goals and ensure the team has a clear understanding of them; * Lead the identification and resolution of project issues; * Manage the project risk tracking and mitigation process; * Monitor and control project scope; * Track project costs and provide financial data to ensure revenue generation and/or project profitability; * Manage project documentation; * Work on multiple projects simultaneously; * Hybrid work model; **Who You Are:** * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Management, or a related field (preferred); * At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in an IT environment; * Fluency in English (preferred); * Strong focus on efficiency; **Nice to Have:** * Strong communication skills with clients, team members, and stakeholders; * Excellent negotiation skills and attention to detail; * Training and certifications in Project Management; **What you'll get:** * Wage according to candidate's professional experience; * Remote Work whenever possible; * Delivery of work equipment adjusted to the performance of functions; * Benefits plan; * And others.
