Job Summary: We are seeking an AVAC Construction Coordinator to join our Operations team, responsible for technical project analysis and execution support. Key Highlights: 1. Technical project analysis and on-site compliance verification. 2. Preparation of detailed drawings and resource optimization. 3. Support in implementing Occupational Hygiene and Safety plans. To join our Operations team, we seek a **Construction Coordinator** **AVAC** (m/f). **Responsibilities:** * Conduct technical project analysis by reviewing design documents, quantity schedules, and specifications; perform on-site surveys to assess execution conditions and verify compliance with the project * Prepare detailed drawings for various project components, review material requirements, place procurement orders, and ensure allocation of necessary resources to complete the project within budget * Suggest improvements to ensure project feasibility, resource optimization, and waste reduction * Prepare final as-built drawings and compile technical project documentation—including descriptive reports, equipment lists, certificates, maintenance plans, etc.—ensuring information accessibility * Coordinate with the Site Supervisor and Project Manager to organize and implement Occupational Hygiene and Safety plans * Support the Project Manager in activities related to project execution, and assist or substitute the Site Supervisor when required, ensuring uninterrupted project progress **Requirements:** * Prior professional experience in similar site supervision roles * Knowledge of AVAC systems, ductwork, and piping * Proficiency with MS Office 365 and SAP * Advanced AutoCAD skills * Proactivity and strong organizational ability **We Offer:** * Health insurance (after 6 months of employment) * Meal allowance via meal card Type of position: Full-time Benefits: * Company car * Meal card/ticket * Health insurance * Company mobile phone
