We are seeking a metalmechanical coordinator (M/F). **Main Responsibilities:**
· Coordinate and supervise metalmechanical production teams;
· Plan, assign, and monitor daily tasks, ensuring deadlines are met;
· Ensure proper use of machines, tools, and equipment;
· Support the definition of production processes and continuous optimization of operations;
· Perform repair, improvement, and optimization tasks on machines, equipment, and infrastructure, contributing to increased operational reliability;
· Identify problems, opportunities for improvement, and intervention needs, proposing technical solutions that foster innovation and process efficiency;
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure production effectiveness.
**Requirements:**
· Completed secondary education (12th grade) and/or technical or vocational training in mechanics, electromechanics, or a related field;
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial maintenance (preferably in a manufacturing environment);
· Knowledge of manufacturing processes, welding, assembly, and metalmechanical equipment;
· Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills;
· Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
