Positive work environment FLEXSIS, a prestigious brand of INTERIMAN GROUP, is recruiting a Metalworker (M/F) for its end client in the Leiria area, for the aluminum window and door sector in civil construction. **Responsibilities** \- Preparation of materials and accessories for site work; \- Manufacturing of windows and doors in workshop (cutting and assembly); \- Installation and adjustment of metalwork components on site, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards; \- Operation of specialized machinery and tools for metalworking, ensuring correct execution of tasks; \- Coordination and support of teams during on-site assembly and finishing work. **Requirements** \- Minimum 2–3 years of prior experience in this role; \- Willingness to learn and proactive mindset. \- Sense of responsibility and punctuality. \- Dynamic individual with a collaborative spirit. \- Valid driver's license (preferred); \- Residence in Leiria or neighboring areas; \- Immediate availability. **Offer** \- Direct employment contract with the company; \- Integration into a solid and expanding company; \- Career continuity and progression prospects; \- Positive work environment; \- Remuneration commensurate with demonstrated experience; \- Other benefits currently in effect at the company.
