We are currently recruiting a **Civil Engineer** for a solid and growing company specializing in public works, infrastructure, external networks, and earthworks, located in the **Monte Redondo area, Leiria**. If you have experience in construction site supervision and project management, enjoy being close to the field, and are looking for a challenging project offering responsibility and autonomy, this could be the ideal opportunity for you! **Main Responsibilities:** · Supervise, plan, and manage ongoing construction projects; · Ensure control over deadlines, costs, and execution quality; · Coordinate on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers; · Support preparation and analysis of technical documentation for public tenders and proposals; · Develop and monitor schedules, timelines, and work plans; · Perform measurements, and analyze and interpret engineering drawings; · Provide technical support during construction execution, ensuring coordination between office and site; · Represent the company before municipal councils, supervisory entities, clients, and other involved parties. **Profile / Requirements:** · University degree in Civil Engineering; · Registration with the Portuguese Order of Engineers; · Professional experience in construction supervision, planning, and project management; · Experience in public works, infrastructure, external networks, buried networks, water supply, sewage systems, sidewalks, roundabouts, or green spaces will be valued; · Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Excel; · Familiarity with public procurement platforms will be an advantage; · Ability to analyze and interpret engineering drawings; · Valid driver's license; · Willingness to travel to construction sites nationwide; · Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and organizational skills; · Leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities; · Team spirit and adaptability to a close-knit and collaborative environment.
