Job Summary: SEAPOWER is seeking a Project Management Engineer to oversee and control projects, manage teams, and support strategic management. Key Highlights: 1. Guarantee of deadlines, costs, and quality standards **SEAPOWER – Association for the Development of the Maritime Economy**, headquartered in Figueira da Foz, seeks to hire: **Project Management Engineer** Reporting directly to the Executive Directorate, main responsibilities include: Overseeing and controlling projects, managing SEAPOWER’s teams, supporting strategic management with accurate information, and facilitating necessary decision-making. Main Responsibilities: * Planning, coordination, and monitoring of projects from the study phase through to execution * Technical and financial management of works/projects under responsibility * Coordination of internal teams and interface with suppliers and subcontractors * Ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards * Preparation of progress reports and production control reports Mandatory Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or related field; * Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management roles; * Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and tools such as MS Project (preferred); * Advanced proficiency in Excel; * English fluency (minimum level C1\). * Experience managing teams * Experience producing progress reports on ongoing projects * Planning ability, leadership, and problem-solving skills * Strong communication skills and results orientation Workplace: Figueira da Foz Contract type: Full-time Contractual regime to be defined If you find this opportunity interesting, please send your CV with photo to E\-mail: rhumanos5@gmail.com with reference EGP Job type: Full-time Salary: €1,200.00 \- €1,500.00 per month Benefits: * Meal voucher/card
