




As an Area Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage a group of stores within the same region, being responsible for all performance indicators and for managing store teams and intermediate management; We are seeking candidates who are available to work in at least two of our four regional areas – North, West, Central, and South. See below your main responsibilities, the profile we are looking for, and the benefits of this role. **Your Responsibilities** ----------------------------- * You will be responsible for a sales area and the stores belonging to it; * You will lead, guide, and manage store management and teams, supporting their development; * You must ensure achievement of targets through monitoring and control of in-store processes and management of key performance indicators; * You will also act as the liaison between stores and head office departments, ensuring implementation of projects and directives. **Your Profile** ---------------- * You hold a completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field of study; * You have up to 4 years of professional experience, with retail experience (grocery or specialty) being an advantage; * You have previously held a team management role; * You hold a valid driver’s license and possess geographical mobility; * You are flexible and available to work varied hours; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, given the large number of people you will manage and interact with; * Dynamism, results orientation, and excellent organizational ability are crucial for success in this role; * You have good English language skills. **Your Benefits** ---------------------- Being part of Lidl is different.
