Job Summary: IBC is expanding its pool of trainers in the ESG field for planning, preparing, and delivering training sessions, as well as developing instructional materials. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience as a trainer in implementing ESG policies 2. Knowledge of international ESG standards and practices 3. Excellent communication skills and adaptability IBC is currently expanding its pool of trainers (M/F/D) in the ESG field (Environmental, Social, and Governance policies)! **Key Responsibilities:** * Planning, preparation, and delivery of training sessions at client premises and/or via e-learning; * Development of customized instructional materials and learning resources. * Supporting the preparation of training activities; * Delivering training in accordance with the prescribed methodology and schedule. **Requirements Profile:** * Higher education degree in Sustainability, Management, Law, or related fields. * **Pedagogical Competence Certificate** (CCP/CAP) and/or **E-Trainer** certification. * Proven experience as a trainer in implementing ESG policies and preparing sustainability reports. * Knowledge of international ESG standards and practices within organizations. * Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to diverse training environments/contexts. * Willingness to travel. **Conditions and Benefits:** * Remuneration commensurate with demonstrated experience.
