Job Summary: We are seeking a Packaging Operator with experience in manufacturing roles and forklift operation, to perform packaging, machine handling, quality control, and production support. FUNCTION Packaging of finished products; Machine operation; Forklift operation; Quality control; Production support whenever required. REQUIREMENTS Previous professional experience in manufacturing roles (mandatory); Experience operating forklifts (mandatory); Availability for rotating shift schedules, including weekends (mandatory); Good communication skills and ability to work in a team; Versatility, dynamism, proactivity, and sense of responsibility. CONDITIONS Employment contract with THE BRIDGE; Base salary + Shift allowance + Meal allowance + Attendance bonus + Productivity bonus + Bonus for working on Sundays; Opportunity for professional development and initial and continuous training; Other benefits currently in effect at the company.
