




Job Summary: We are seeking an Electrotechnical Engineer for the development of end-of-line (EOL) test equipment, with a focus on hardware, firmware, and signal analysis, within a proactive team. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality We are recruiting an Electrotechnical Engineer – EOL Test Equipment Development (M/F) for the Product R&D Department. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrotechnical Engineering or related field * Minimum 2 years’ experience in developing end-of-line (EOL) test equipment * Experience in hardware development (electronic circuit design and PCB layout) * Knowledge of product control and testing methods and techniques * Knowledge of analog and digital signal analysis and communications (UART, SPI, I2C, etc.) * Proficiency in firmware development using C++ and/or C# * Team-oriented mindset * Proactive with strong concentration ability **Responsibilities:** * Analyze product requirements to identify essential and critical points affecting proper functionality and/or requiring verification at end-of-line * Develop product-specific test procedures—manual, semi-automated, or automated—balancing manual and automated testing appropriately * Ensure comprehensive test coverage across all aspects: mechanical, hardware, and firmware * Develop hardware and firmware for auxiliary test equipment required for integration into the overall system * Manage, store, and report test data, providing feedback to development, quality, process, and/or production teams * Collaborate with product development, quality, and process teams to uphold quality standards * Propose improvements to current testing methodologies and processes **Work Location:** Serpins Production Unit (Lousã)
