Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform detection, repair, and maintenance of equipment, with emphasis on continuous improvement and execution of preventive maintenance plans, reporting to the Maintenance and Production Managers. Adam Foods is a food-sector corporate group with presence in the Iberian Peninsula and international reach. Currently, we are recruiting a Maintenance Technician for our factory in Pombal. **What will be your role?** You will report technically to the Maintenance Manager and organizationally to the Production Manager, with responsibilities based on the weekly maintenance plan: * Detection, repair, and maintenance of equipment; machine and equipment setup; * Analysis and reduction of downtime (continuous improvement); * Ensuring implementation of preventive maintenance plans for industrial machines and equipment; * Guaranteeing compliance with company health, hygiene, and safety regulations. **What are we looking for?** * Minimum completion of the 2nd year of a Technical or Vocational Course in Maintenance (mandatory requirement). * Knowledge in electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, and automation (basic level). * 3–5 years of professional experience in similar roles within an industrial environment. * Availability to work rotating shifts after initial training, plus approximately two Saturdays per month on average. * Interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, and strong sense of responsibility. **What do we offer?** * Remuneration commensurate with experience in the field (Base Salary \+ Shift Allowance \+ Meal Allowance). * Integration into a dynamic team. * Initial and ongoing training. * Prospects for continuity.
