**Job Description:**
We are currently looking for an **Accounting and Controlling Intern** to join CarboCode’s Technology Transfer Center.
This opportunity corresponds to a **6\-month** professional internship, co\-financed by IEFP, aimed at integrating and developing young professionals in a dynamic and innovative technological environment.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will join a multidisciplinary team in Cantanhede and support the development and implementation of the internal control system, with a focus on budgetary management, reporting of R\&D expenses, implementation of ESG policies, and optimization of information flows.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities:**
* Provide technical support for activities related to the implementation of the internal control and management control systems.
* Proactively contributes to the implementation of a cost accounting system and the procedure for reporting R\&D expenses.
* Support the development and maintenance of the budget management and reporting system.
* Contribute to management best practices and data analysis procedures.
* Participate in the implementation and maintenance of ERP and other enterprise systems.
* Collaborate on projects to optimize the flow of information across different departments.
* Prepare technical documentation and user manuals when required.
**Role Requirements:**
* Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
* Knowledge of Power BI and advanced Excel skills
* Eligibility for a professional internship under IEFP regulations.
* Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus (e.g. CentralGest).
* Proactive attitude, strong problem\-solving skills, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
* Ability to speak and write English fluently.
