Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and committed individuals for customer service, store management, stock control and organization, with commercial skills and teamwork abilities. Requirements: Minimum education: 12th grade Minimum experience: At least 1 year of experience Mandatory requirement: Residence in the Porto area / Spanish language comprehension Required knowledge: \-Cash handling, flexibility, management, merchandising, Microsoft Office, teamwork, sales and customer service, customer support Minimum requirements: \-Professional appearance and well-groomed image. \-Commercial skills. Ease in dealing with the public. \-Residence near the workplace is preferred. \-Minimum 1\-2 years of experience in similar roles, such as store management or customer service. \-Full schedule flexibility required: Monday to Sunday. \-Knowledge of foreign languages is preferred: English. \-Willingness to travel to Braga every 15 days. Responsibilities: \-Carry out all procedures related to comprehensive store and product control and management. \-Customer service. \-Control of cash register openings/closings. \-Management and control of orders delivered to the store or telephone reservations. \-Management and control of complaints. Quality control. \-Warehouse management. Stock control. Inventory. \-Shelf replenishment in-store. Cleaning: maintaining order and cleanliness in the store. \-Visit the Braga store every 15 days. Compensation: €19,000 gross annual salary \+ 15% commission.
