The Maintenance Operator performs and supports preventive and corrective maintenance activities on machines, molds, peripherals, utilities, and facilities, with a focus on mold assembly/disassembly.

Role Summary
The Maintenance Operator performs and supports preventive and corrective maintenance activities on machines, molds, peripherals, utilities, and facilities, ensuring proper documentation and mold assembly/disassembly (70% of tasks).
Complies with quality, safety, environmental, and good manufacturing practices, collaborates in equipment verification, and reports to the Maintenance Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Implements the maintenance strategy according to instructions defined by respective supervisors;
* Participates in assigned activities under Preventive Maintenance Plans for machines, molds, peripherals, and utilities;
* Identifies and carries out repairs on machines, molds, peripherals, utilities, and facilities, or alerts respective supervisors if unable to resolve the issue;
* Records all maintenance operations for which they are responsible;
* Assembles and disassembles molds;
* Complies with Good Manufacturing Practices defined by Logoplaste Portugal Group, as applicable to assigned tasks;
* Complies with requirements of implemented Quality, Food Safety, Environmental, Sustainability, and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, aiming at product conformity, consumer safety, proper waste management, sustainable production, and protection of employees, assets, and third parties (visitors and service providers);
* Competent Person \- Collaborates in and validates equipment verification checks;
Desired Profile
Education and Experience
* Minimum education level: 12th grade or equivalent;
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles, preferably in an industrial environment.
Technical Skills
* Solid electrical knowledge (mandatory);
* Experience in mechanical maintenance within manufacturing environments (preferred);
* Technical training in industrial or manufacturing fields (preferred).

* Proactive attitude and willingness to learn;
* Sense of responsibility, organization, and results orientation.
