As an **Industrial Process Engineer**, you will lead continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives by analyzing production processes and identifying optimization opportunities. You will also be responsible for monitoring performance indicators, supporting operations in improving their results, and fostering a culture focused on efficiency and continuous improvement. **Is this opportunity right for you?** **EDUCATION AND TRAINING:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in an industrial environment; * Experience in continuous improvement and process optimization projects; * Experience in a multi-site context is highly valued; * Knowledge of industrial processes, preferably within the chemical industry, construction materials, or automotive industry; * Familiarity with Lean, Kaizen, and/or Six Sigma methodologies; * Experience managing industrial projects; * Experience using SAP, particularly modules PP and MM; * Ability to analyze and monitor operational KPIs; * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency; **PERSONAL COMPETENCIES:** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; * Ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally across different teams and industrial units; * Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement; * Strong communication and knowledge-transfer capabilities to teams; * Autonomy and organizational ability; * Strategic vision applied to improving operational performance; * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Team spirit and collaborative attitude. **To ensure nothing is overlooked** This role is based at the Aveiro center and requires 100% on-site work.
