We are seeking an Industrial Process Engineer to optimize and standardize industrial processes in Portugal, leading continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring operational efficiency.

**Why do we need you?**
We need a professional capable of ensuring the definition, optimization, and standardization of industrial processes across our various production centers in Portugal, guaranteeing operational efficiency, product quality, safety, sustainability, and alignment with the Group’s best practices—through the application of continuous improvement methodologies and integrated management systems.
As an **Industrial Process Engineer**, you will lead continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives by analyzing production processes and identifying optimization opportunities. You will also be responsible for monitoring performance indicators, supporting operations in improving their results, and fostering a culture focused on efficiency and continuous improvement.
**Is this opportunity right for you?** **EDUCATION AND TRAINING:**
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields;
**TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:**
* Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in an industrial environment;
* Experience in continuous improvement and process optimization projects;
* Experience in a multi-site context is highly valued;
* Knowledge of industrial processes, preferably within the chemical industry, construction materials, or automotive industry;
* Familiarity with Lean, Kaizen, and/or Six Sigma methodologies;
* Experience managing industrial projects;
* Experience using SAP, particularly modules PP and MM;
* Ability to analyze and monitor operational KPIs;
* Intermediate to advanced English proficiency;

**To ensure nothing is overlooked**
This role is based at the Aveiro center and requires 100% on-site work. It involves travel to the company’s various centers—including Pombal, Santo Tirso, and Gondomar—as well as occasional visits to the Carregado center, depending on project and operational needs.
