We seek someone passionate about quality, food safety, and hands-on process improvement. **Work Location:** Pardilhó (Estarreja) **Responsibilities:** * Implementation and enforcement of internal procedures defined in the Integrated Quality Management System; * Initial and ongoing training of employees; * Management and reporting of quality indicators; * Quality control of products/processes at incoming and outgoing stages; * Control of quality management and HACCP food safety systems; * Analysis and continuous improvement of processes and workflows; * Participation in internal and external audits of the facility; * Interaction with external entities regarding quality and food safety; * Handling of non-conformities; * Monitoring of applicable legislation in the sector. **Profile:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Engineering, Agro-industrial Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field; * Knowledge of Quality and Food Safety Management Systems; * Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 standards; * Proficiency in English; * Strong communication and adaptability skills; * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle; * Availability to work night shifts.
