If you are organized, proactive, and possess strong interpersonal relationship skills, this position may be ideal for you. **Main Responsibilities:** **Operational Management of Condominiums** * Oversee daily operations of condominiums * Ensure compliance with maintenance and service provision contracts * Monitor building conservation status and identify required interventions * Maintain relationships with clients (condominium owners and property owners) * Provide continuous and close client support * Clarify queries, manage complaints, and propose effective solutions * Promote high levels of client satisfaction and trust **Financial Management** * Prepare annual condominium budgets * Monitor budget execution and control costs * Validate invoices and ensure correct expense allocation * Support collection of condominium fees and manage payment defaults **Organization of Condominium Assemblies** * Prepare, convene, and conduct assemblies * Draft minutes and ensure implementation of approved resolutions **Planning and Control** * Define preventive and corrective maintenance plans * Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory deadlines * Organize and maintain up-to-date documentation for all condominiums **Business Development** * Identify new client acquisition opportunities **Profile:** * Secondary education (minimum requirement) * Experience in administrative and/or commercial areas (preferably in condominium management) * Ability to manage and support clients * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Dynamism, autonomy, initiative, and sense of responsibility * Strong results orientation and problem-solving ability * Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) **What We Offer:** Competitive remuneration package comprising: * Base salary * Variable component * Annual bonus * Meal allowance * Additional vacation days * Birthday leave * Integration into an internationally expanding group * Collaborative and close-knit work environment * Opportunities for career growth within the company Applications must be sent by e\-mail to: recrutamento@ldcgroup.pt, indicating "Condominium Manager – Aveiro".
