#### **About the Administrative Director Role**
**Position Objective**
Responsible for comprehensive management of hospital operations (SINAI), ensuring clinical and financial performance, budget execution, and efficient integration with critical departments such as imaging (CDT), thereby guaranteeing quality, productivity, and regulatory compliance.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage full operations of hospital units (medium and high complexity)
* Lead a multidisciplinary structure:
* + Nursing
+ Maintenance
+ Cleaning
+ Clinical staff (Medical RT)
+ ICU and multiprofessional teams
* Develop and monitor:
* + Budget vs. actuals
+ Operational and clinical performance indicators
+ Contract management under governance and legal administration.
* Enhance hospital productivity:
* + Surgical volume
+ Occupancy rate
+ Clinical efficiency
* Address operational gaps (e.g., failures in critical routines)
* Ensure integration with the imaging department (CDT)
* Direct interface with:
* + Controller's office
+ Finance
+ Corporate backoffice
* Direct reporting to the CEO (operational owner)
