Food industry facilities require strict and frequent hygiene practices. If you are passionate about food hygiene and safety, this role is for you! Workplace: **Avisabor (Pardilhó, Estarreja)** **Responsibilities:** * Operational management of teams and training on food hygiene good practice procedures; * Definition and updating of cleaning plans for facilities and equipment; * Continuous verification of cleaning operations’ effectiveness; * Management of maintenance and use of hygiene equipment and materials; * Monitoring of PPE usage by employees; * Selective waste management; * Ensuring implementation of pre-requisite programs for Hygiene and Facilities within the Food Safety Management System (HACCP); * Implementation of strategies, methodologies, and functions of the IMS (Quality, Environment, Food Safety, and Occupational Health and Safety). **Profile:** * Completed secondary education (12th grade) or a higher education degree in Environmental Engineering, Food Engineering, Environmental Health, or related fields; * Interest in environmental hygiene, health, and food safety; * Strong communication and people management skills; * High sense of responsibility; * Excellent communication ability; * Proficiency in user-level computer tools; * Flexible working hours.
