EDP-Redes Networks Platform’s **EMC MV/LV North**, whose mission is to ensure the execution of maintenance and service restoration works on MT (including MT TC), BT and IP equipment and installations, in compliance with Safety Standards and according to the requirements set forth by the Quality of Service Regulation, the Company and its customers. Ensuring continuity of electricity supply, optimal asset performance and achievement of defined objectives while optimizing resources, it seeks to reinforce its team in the Maintenance area – Vila Real:
**What You Will Do:**
* Participate in implementing the maintenance plans for MT, BT and IP network assets and in service restoration on these networks, ensuring compliance with the Company’s policies, criteria and specifications;
* Ensure first-response intervention for failures affecting HV assets under the responsibility of the asset service area, in close coordination with the HV asset service areas and system management and operation areas;
* Contribute and collaborate in developing the Maintenance Plan and in preparing the Investment Plan and Budget;
* Support fraud and theft detection, ensuring reporting of suspicious situations identified within the scope of activity;
* Collaborate in managing the Urgent Current Investment Budget, prioritizing implementation of such works according to their criticality.

**What We Are Looking For:**
* Secondary education (12th grade), preferably in Technological and Professional Courses such as Operational Technician – Commercial Relations/Customer Liaison, Electrical Installation Technician, Electrical Networks Technician, Electrotechnics, Electronics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics or related fields;
* 2–5 years’ professional experience as a technical staff member in operational roles related to electricity;
* Experience in maintenance activities and training in working at heights (valued);
* Proficiency in basic computer navigation (Windows) and Office tools;
* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (mandatory);
* Availability to join the On-Call Shift (work outside normal hours);
* Residence in Portugal, preferably near the workplace;
* Customer focus, agility and speed, problem-solving, self-control/self-confidence and process orientation are key competencies for performing this role.
