Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, or Operations Management; . Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in continuous improvement projects within Lean Management and Kaizen environments, with demonstrated results; . Fluency in English and preferably proficiency in another foreign language; . Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; . Proficiency in statistical analysis and data processing tools; . Experience evaluating ERP tools; . Strong problem identification and resolution skills; . Sense of responsibility and strong communication and leadership abilities; . Valid driver's license and availability for national and international travel; .
