Opportunity for career progression in the maintenance field Mechanic Assistant (Junior Profile) Agrotir Transportes \- Portugal Agrotir Transportes, a growing liquid transportation company, is seeking a Mechanic Assistant to support fleet maintenance tasks. We are looking for a junior profile, eager to learn and work hands-on, to join an experienced and quality- and safety-oriented technical team. Main Responsibilities * Support in basic fleet maintenance tasks * Performing oil changes and filter replacements * Supporting tire and wheel maintenance * Assisting with workshop cleaning, organization, and tidying * Conducting basic vehicle and equipment condition checks * Providing general support to the maintenance team in daily activities Required Profile * Junior profile, with or without prior experience in mechanics * Interest in mechanics and vehicle maintenance * Sense of responsibility, organization, and commitment * Ability to work in a team and follow procedures * Willingness to learn and advance professionally * Driver's license (preferred) We Offer * Integration into a stable and growing company * Initial training and mentoring by experienced mechanics * A close-knit, practical, and professional working environment * Opportunity for career progression in the maintenance field * Salary commensurate with profile and experience * Meal allowance via card.
