Opportunity for professional development in a leading company. We are recruiting a **Quality Controller** to join our quality team. We seek a professional with a strong sense of responsibility, rigor, and attention to detail, capable of ensuring quality control of products and processes, guaranteeing compliance with defined requirements and contributing to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. The **Quality Controller** ensures quality control of products and production processes, guaranteeing compliance with customer requirements, internal specifications, and applicable standards, thereby supporting continuous improvement, prevention of non-conformities, and effectiveness of the Integrated Management System. **Main Responsibilities and Activities** * Perform inspection and approval of felts prior to final gumming or shipment, ensuring compliance with defined requirements. * Approve commencement of finishing operations, ensuring adherence to established criteria. * Record evaluations performed in respective checklists and applicable documentation. * Conduct 100% inspection of felts after finishing, final gumming, or other treatments, according to defined parameters and specifications. * Identify deviations or irregular situations during the production process and immediately report them to the responsible supervisor. * Record deviations in Purchase Orders whenever applicable, ensuring traceability of decisions made. * Support analysis and investigation of root causes of non-conformities (NCs). * Record start and end times of Production Orders on the production registration terminal. * Ensure proper storage and use of reference standards for color, finish, and specific customer requirements. * Perform stock entry of Conforming and Non-Conforming products, ensuring correct classification and identification of non-conformities. **Technical Competencies** * Knowledge of inspection and quality control processes. * Ability to interpret technical specifications, standards, and acceptance criteria. * Knowledge of identification and classification of non-conformities. * Ability to use production registration systems and quality documentation. * Knowledge of internal quality, environment, and safety procedures. **Behavioral Competencies** * Sense of responsibility and rigor. * Attention to detail and observational ability. * Organizational skills and methodical work approach. * Communication ability and capacity to report non-conforming situations. * Collaborative spirit and teamwork orientation. * Orientation toward continuous improvement. **Global Responsibility** Ensure approved products meet established quality requirements, thereby contributing to customer satisfaction, production process efficiency, and achievement of objectives of the Integrated Management System. **Offer** Join a leading company in its field and seize an opportunity for professional development.
