We operate nationwide to be close to our clients and candidates. **We are currently recruiting a Talent Acquisition Manager for multiple locations.** We are looking for professionals committed to the vision and human values that define us. We seek someone with a customer service-oriented mindset, excellent written and verbal communication skills; additionally, you should be able to work independently within a multidisciplinary team. **Requirements:** * At least 4 years of professional experience in 360 recruitment and selection consulting - Eliminatory factor. * Proven experience in prospecting, acquiring, and managing a client portfolio - Eliminatory factor. * Familiarity with tools such as ATS, CRM, and LinkedIn. * Proficiency in English (level B2) and basic knowledge of Spanish (level A2). * Experience leading/coordinating recruitment and selection agencies or temporary staffing agencies will be valued. Additionally, we are seeking someone capable of handling the following **responsibilities:** * **Client support:** You will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your ability to understand their needs will be crucial for our joint success. * **Prospecting and acquisition of new clients:** We need someone with a natural talent for identifying business opportunities and driving our growth. * **Client portfolio management:** You will maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction. * **Recruitment and Selection:** You will manage the entire lifecycle of the recruitment and selection process, from jointly defining the functional profile with the client to the candidate’s onboarding at the client's organization.
