**Main Responsibilities:**
\- Perform administrative support activities for the assigned department, including reception, clerical work, telephone support, and document management, in accordance with supervisory instructions, internal rules and procedures, to ensure the proper functioning of the support area and safeguard the confidentiality of collected information;
\- Process incoming correspondence by sorting, forwarding after reading/analysis, and subsequently managing the documentary archive, to ensure correct distribution to recipients, timely responses to pending matters, and organized storage of all documents;
\- Prepare, upon request from the immediate supervisor, supporting documents for other departmental functions, to contribute to their optimization;
\- Organize, update, and maintain administrative files for athletes and technical teams, in compliance with defined internal procedures, documentary requirements, and applicable regulations, to ensure the integrity, availability, and reliability of information required for sports activity monitoring;
\- Record, verify, and monitor expenses and related invoicing, in accordance with current financial and administrative procedures and existing supporting documentation, to ensure accurate recordkeeping, process compliance, and appropriate administrative and financial control of operations.
**Profile:**
\- Technical Professional Course in Secretarial Studies (preferred)
\- Experience in the sports sector (preferred);
\- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook);
\- Experience with the SCORE platform (preferred);
\- Autonomous and proactive profile, with strong sense of responsibility, excellent organizational skills, rigor, and attention to detail in information analysis and processing.
