Contribute to digital transformation of planning processes We are looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented Material Planning Specialist to join our team in Santa Maria da Feira. The role is reporting to the Planning \& Logistic Manager and includes participation in the Aurora project (SAP S/4HANA Implementation), contributing to both daily material planning operations and the digital transformation of planning processes. ### **Your Mission** Short\-Term (Operational Support): * Manage daily material planning activities to ensure timely availability of components. * Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and production teams. * Maintain planning parameters and ensure data accuracy in the current ERP system. * Resolve material shortages and delivery issues in collaboration with suppliers. Medium\-Term (Project Involvement – Aurora): * Act as Key User for the Material Planning stream in the Aurora (SAP S/4HANA) rollout. * Participate in process mapping, system testing, and validation activities. * Support data migration and contribute to training and change management efforts. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition to the new ERP platform. ### **Your Profile** * Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in material planning or supply chain operations * Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP experience is a strong advantage as well as Experience in ERP implementation or digital transformation projects.) * Strong analytical and organizational skills * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities * Proactive and adaptable mindset * Ability to work in a fast\-paced, project\-driven environment * Fluent in English (spoken and written) ###### **Contract Type** ###### **Permanent** ###### **Country** ###### **PORTUGAL** ###### **Location** ###### **Santa Maria da Feira**
