Rigorous organization of financial information Experis, a leading specialist recruitment company, is recruiting an Accounts Payable professional for the largest Portuguese-origin multinational hotel group. **Client:** Pestana Group **Location:** Alto de Santo Amaro **Conditions:** * 1250–1300€ gross monthly salary * Meal allowance: €10.20 * Health insurance * Working hours: 9:00–18:00 or 08:30–17:30 **Responsibilities:** Role focused on managing supplier current accounts, ensuring accurate document registration, communication with stakeholders, and rigorous organization of financial information. **Main Responsibilities:** * Invoice and credit note registration * Direct contact with suppliers * Management of a high volume of accounts (approximately 5000\) * Cross-functional tasks within the current accounts area * Occasional on-site visits to the client (exceptional) **Requirements:** * Highly methodical and organized individual * English language proficiency required * Excel (non-advanced level) * SAP (preferred) **Application:** Submit your updated CV or send it to: ines.veloso@experis.pt Type of position: Full-time
