If you are a Ynnovator and believe innovation can be a key driver, then we are the right company for you. **Professional Experience Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree (Bachelor in Computer Engineering); * Minimum 5 years of experience in implementation, administration & operation of Cloud environments (Microsoft Azure & Microsoft 365) and traditional environments (Windows Server, Unix/Linux, VMware); * Identify and resolve faults and incidents; * Management and operation of Microsoft Active Directory and its organizational structure (OUs), including users, service accounts, PCs (Desktops & Laptops), and servers (Windows & Linux); * Management and operation of VMware platforms; * Manage resource usage, licensing, and associated profiling for Microsoft 365, forecast trends, anticipate needs, and continuously improve; * Management & Operation of Configuration Manager (Microsoft SCCM); * Provisioning of computing resources (VMs) on VMware & Microsoft Azure technologies; * Record daily operations using ITSM tool (ServiceNow); * Manage processes in the ITSM tool (ServiceNow); * Implement and maintain IT governance components (CMDB, TAGs, compliance, audits, etc.); * Manage Cloud & Microsoft 365 operational costs; **Preferred Technical Skills:** * Advanced knowledge of Operating Systems (Microsoft & Linux); * Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory; * Knowledge of Microsoft 365; * Knowledge of IaaS, SaaS, PaaS; * Knowledge of ITSM (preferably ServiceNow); * English language proficiency (spoken & written); * Optional knowledge in IaC areas (Terraform, Ansible); **Certifications (Optional):** * Certification in Operating Systems (Microsoft); * Recommended Microsoft certifications for this position: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900), Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104), Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300); **The salary range for this position is between €28k–€35k gross per year, depending on the candidate’s qualifications and experience demonstrated during the interview process.**
