Your responsibilities will include - Managing inbound and outbound contacts with customers interested in insurance and other services; - Clarifying doubts and presenting solutions tailored to customers’ needs; - Promoting and selling insurance products and energy services; - Maintaining updated records and ensuring high-quality customer service. What you must ensure - Completion of secondary education (12th grade); - Prior experience in call centers and/or commercial roles (preferred); - Experience in the insurance sector; - PDEADS certification (Persons Directly Involved in Insurance Distribution Activities) (preferred); - Availability for rotating shifts from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday to Friday, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. What we offer - Training allowance: €5.31/hour + €4.52 meal subsidy; - Base salary: €950; - Meal subsidy: €6.83; - Monthly pro-rata payments.
