Job Summary: We are seeking a Data & Business Analyst to optimize our products, with a focus on sports betting, working alongside cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and business outcomes. Identify opportunities and analyze results We are looking for a highly qualified Data \& Business Analyst to join our team. This role will support product performance, reporting, and optimization—with a particular emphasis on sports betting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, analyze results, and support initiatives that improve user experience and business outcomes. **What You Will Do:** Collect, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data to identify trends, risks, and insights that support decision-making. * Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define business and data requirements. * Design and implement data analysis tools and methodologies to improve data quality and accuracy. * Communicate data analysis findings and insights to relevant stakeholders. * Continuously monitor and evaluate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. * **Requirements:** Previous experience in an analytical role (proven experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related field). * Strong academic background and/or experience in a quantitative field. Fluency in English (spoken and written). * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large volumes of information. * Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. * Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI). * Experience with SQL and Python. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly and accessibly. * Strong attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and completeness. * Knowledge of sportsbook products, player behavior, and sports betting mechanics is a plus. * If you are a data-driven professional passionate about sports betting and product optimization, this could be the right opportunity for you. * Are you the ACE we’re missing?
