




Location: Estarreja, PT Functional Family: Project Management M/F **Family Mission** --------------------- Ensure the effective and efficient planning, coordination and control of production processes within the Casais Group, guaranteeing internal/external customer satisfaction through compliance with deadlines, current legislation, quality and safety standards and at the lowest possible cost, through appropriate allocation of financial, human, technical and material resources. Acting in accordance with the Group's ethics and Casais values. **Main Responsibilities** -------------------------------- **Assembly** * Planning and execution of site projects according to agreed schedules, objectives and budgets, aligned with company guidelines and focused on customer satisfaction * Close liaison with production/factory * Development of assembly plans and scheduling * Quality control at factory exit and after assembly * Weekly site progress meetings **Training and Management of Assembly Teams** * Hiring staff and forming assembly team(s) * Hiring and managing outsourced assembly teams * Promote optimization of work processes, as well as dissemination of best practices and process standardization; propose and implement plans and improvement actions aimed at increasing productivity and reducing operational costs; * Compliance with daily/weekly production plans; * Coordination, evaluation and management of workforce needs within the production area to achieve established goals; **Quality Management** * Define and monitor quality management indicators and ensure compliance with requirements of implemented standards; establish and implement procedures and practices in the field of Quality and Statistical Control to improve quality indices of assembly operations. * Continuously monitor risks, controls and Management Systems related to certifications through the definition and implementation of indicators (KPIs/KCIs); **Quality, Environment and Safety** * Ensure implementation of environmental, quality and safety plans in accordance with applicable legal and internal standards; **Requirements** -------------- * Minimum of 2 years' professional experience on site/project management (experience in pre-fabrication is valued); Availability to travel to different sites, Leadership, communication and interpersonal skills; Resilient profile with time and priority management skills; Strong sense of responsibility, customer and results orientation; Solid computer skills; **Education** ------------ * Education Level: Level 7 - Higher education (Master's degree) * Preferred Course: Civil Engineering. * Language: English (Advanced) / French (Intermediate) **Mandatory Certifications / Licenses** ----------------------------------------- * Order of Engineers **At Casais Group we ensure our team members have:** * Employee Assistance Programs; * Collaboration with flexible and dynamic teams that encourage your learning / knowledge development * Vision for the Future: growth, evolution, industrialization, sustainability; * Annual activities promoting engagement among colleagues / companies / markets; * Benefits and Agreements; * Safety Culture.
