You will reinforce the existing team with your production knowledge while simultaneously acquiring new skills and experience. What benefits can you expect?
Pursuant to Directive (EU) 2023/970, the entry-level base salary for this position ranges between EUR 930 and EUR 980 per month.
Other applicable remuneration components for this role: may be awarded, as applicable and according to objective and transparent criteria:
Attendance bonus;
Shift allowance;
Meal allowance paid only for the night shift;
Incentive;
Night hours paid at 50% for fixed shifts between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.;
Transportation allowance for residents living more than 20 km away;
What tasks does this role involve?
Plaster Manufacturing – Plaster Mold Manufacturing
Fillers: Prepare mold filling
Pottery: Demold pieces and finish them
Internal transport: Load and unload pieces from kilns
Glazing: Glaze pieces using a spray gun
Kilns: Load and unload pieces from kilns
Inspection: Detect, inspect, and record piece defects
Packaging: Properly pack and package pieces
What qualifications are required?
Previous experience as a production operator
Work experience in the ceramic industry (preferred)
Positive and focused attitude with attention to detail
Physical stamina
