Your Tasks \- Provide technical support during project review/planning meetings and definition of welding processes; \- Participate in feasibility studies/analyses for new projects, processes and technologies; \- Prepare technical documentation supporting the welding process; \- Create standard work instructions and micro layouts; \- Coordinate Try\-out activities; \- Manage internal process approval (R@R Internal/Interim PPAP); \- Continuously monitor the process until SOP \+ 3M (after internal R@R approval); \- Monitor performance against defined parameters: \- Manage Try\-out costs within budget \- Responsibility for variances until SOP \+ 3M. \- Validate design, buyoff with suppliers and functional approval. \- Analyze capability studies. \- Analyze equipment capacity for new projects and increase their utilization rate. \- Lead / participate in PSP (problem solving process). \- Participate in qualification of processes and personnel for the introduction of new processes. \- Deliver technical training to team leaders and operators to enhance knowledge. \- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and increase efficiency Your Profile Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Materials Engineering or similar. \- Fluent in English \- Training in automotive industry standard: ISO TS 16949\. \- Welding certification (ISQ) \- Experience in technical drawing. \- Training in metallic alloys. \- Knowledge of CAD software, especially AutoCAD and SolidWorks, Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word), \- Strong knowledge of processes, techniques and standards of all welding processes (MAG, MIG / Brasing, resistance / projection, TIG, Laser and Laser cutting) \- Knowledge of welding controllers (Fronius, Harms \& Wend, Serra, Tecna, Trumph – laser welding and KAPKON – CDW) \- Experience with ABB, FANUC, KUKA and PRIMA POWER equipment processes \- Experience with quality control processes and non-destructive testing methods. \- Ability to read and interpret all details of manufacturing documentation **Apply now!** **Send to a friend** **Questions** **Print** Your contact
