REQUIREMENTS:  Higher education degree in Civil Engineering or Project Management (preferably with experience in civil construction).  Proven experience in planning, budgeting, and managing construction projects.  Knowledge of applicable legislation, materials, methods, and technical standards.  Knowledge of public procurement procedures will be valued.  Organizational, planning, and critical analysis skills.  Strong sense of responsibility and autonomy.  Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. FUNCTIONS TO BE PERFORMED: In coordination with the Head of the Infrastructure and Equipment Department, the main responsibilities will include:  Managing and planning projects, including budgets, schedules, and technical documentation.  Overseeing construction works, coordinating teams, and ensuring quality and compliance.  Providing technical and administrative support, preparing reports, monitoring permits, and ensuring coordination between construction activities and management.
