Murtede Cantanhede Portugal Health, Safety \& Environment **Job Description** **Job Description** **Skills** * Good knowledge of basic computer tools (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, email and internet). * Experience in using **PHC** software. * Communication and organizational skills. * Proactive and innovative profile, contributing to continuous process improvement. * Sense of responsibility and commitment. * Availability and ability to work under pressure. * Results-oriented, with focus on efficiency, rationality and value creation. **Responsibilities** * Ensure control of all aspects related to **Safety and Environment**, guaranteeing compliance with applicable legislation and its permanent updating. * Design and manage documentation, records and data analysis for Safety and Environment. * Define and monitor **KPIs**. * Identify and adapt Group policies applicable to the organization. * Define and implement plans for policy and requirement execution, ensuring proper follow-up. * Identify human and material resources necessary for implementation, as well as associated costs. * Develop and implement the **internal audit plan** in the area of Safety and Environment. * Actively participate in all **continuous improvement** initiatives outlined in organizational plans. * Identify corrective actions to address gaps between implemented methodologies and Group requirements regarding Safety and Environment. * Act as a driving force behind the implementation of Safety and Environment policies. * Coordinate with external service providers for Safety and Environment. * Ensure the **annual review** of the Safety and Environment documentation system. **\#IncludingYou** Diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging are cornerstones of ADM’s efforts to continue innovating, driving growth, and delivering outstanding performance.
