This role is pivotal in maintaining the health of our ServiceNow platform, supporting daily operations, driving the platform’s strategic roadmap, and maximizing the platform’s capabilities particularly in service analytics and work efficiency/automation. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail\-oriented, and capable of working autonomously while collaborating across global teams. Job Description **Role and Responsibilities** Platform Administration \& Maintenance * Manage and configure core ServiceNow modules including Incident, Change, Request, Problem, Agent Assist, Asset, and Knowledge Management. * Monitor platform performance and execute platform account controls/audits. * Maintain platform integrations, active modules, and catalog items. Roadmap \& Development * Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute the ServiceNow roadmap. * Implement new catalog items, workflows, playbooks, and integrations. * Participate in platform upgrades and feature releases, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Knowledge \& Training * Support internal IT teams by training key staff on ServiceNow usage and best practices. * Contribute to knowledge base articles and documentation for platform processes. Operational Support * Address incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication. * Lead change requests and implementation tasks for platform enhancements. **Qualifications and Education Requirements*** Fluent in English. * University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or 3\+ years of hands\-on experience in ServiceNow administration. * Strong understanding of ITIL practices and enterprise IT operations. * Experience with ServiceNow integrations (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Azure AD, Workday). * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher. * Experience with Performance Analytics, CMDB, and Flow Designer. * Familiarity with scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and automation tools.
