As a member of this team, you will be responsible for monitoring and supporting logistical flows, ensuring coordination with partners, handling incidents, and guaranteeing the smooth operation of online activities. **Mission:** Ensure administrative management and operational monitoring of logistical flows in the digital channel (online orders), guaranteeing speed, accuracy, and close incident resolution in collaboration with the logistics operator, carriers, and internal hôma teams. **What your day\-to\-day work will look like...** * Monitor logistical flows in the digital channel, including returns (damaged items, exchanges, missing items in orders), coordinating with Customer Support, stores, and carriers; * Handle claims and disputes administratively, ensuring follow\-up on refund, reshipment, or item replacement processes; * Monitor the logistics operator's performance according to defined rules and SLAs, ensuring alerts for deviations, identifying, and resolving pending issues; * Contact logistics partners (carriers and warehouse) to gather information or resolve incidents; * Support the operational integration of new processes such as dropshipping, click \& collect, and reallocations. **What we will value in your profile...** * Professional experience in logistics roles, preferably involving interaction with orders, shipments, returns, and carriers; * Minimum education level of 12th grade; * Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with logistics systems/ERP (a plus); * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with various stakeholders.
