Job Summary: Lab Francediet is seeking a Shift Director to coordinate teams, plan and supervise production activities, and ensure compliance with quality and safety objectives. Key Highlights: 1. Dynamic work environment focused on innovation Lab Francediet is seeking a **Shift Director** to strengthen its team in Aveiro. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise teams during the shift; * Plan and supervise production activities; * Ensure achievement of productivity, quality, and safety objectives; * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices; * Monitor performance indicators and identify improvement opportunities; * Ensure proper use of available equipment and resources; * Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Planning departments; * Record and report relevant shift incidents. **Required Profile:** * Experience in team coordination roles within an industrial environment, preferably in food, pharmaceutical, or similar sectors; * Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills; * Sense of responsibility and results orientation; * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety (preferred); * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Residence in Aveiro or nearby areas. **We Offer:** * Integration into a growing company; * Continuous training and mentoring; * Dynamic work environment focused on innovation; * Compensation commensurate with demonstrated experience.
