We are recruiting candidates for the following position: PRODUCTION OPERATOR (m/f) Responsibilities: * Operate automatic and semi\-automatic machines; * Perform packaging and/or filling operations for pharmaceutical products; * Carry out documentation related to various process stages; * Conduct IPCs (In-Process Controls) and conformity checks; * Perform cleaning and preparation of equipment and work areas. ##### **Candidate Profile** * Minimum education level: 9th grade; * Ability to follow strict instructions and procedures; * High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility; * Good manual dexterity and motor coordination; * Availability to work rotating shifts What we offer: * Integration into a solid company within a rapidly expanding business group; * Initial and ongoing training in Good Manufacturing Practices and internal procedures; * A clean, safe, organized, and collaborative work environment; * Stable employment contract with salary conditions above the regional average; * Attractive base salary \+ Shift Allowance (up to 25%) \+ SA \+ Lunch Send CV by email to: recrutamento@groupfhc.pt
