Job Summary: We are seeking an Architect to develop and supervise architectural projects, coordinate with various specialties, prepare documentation for legalization and licensing, and create sketches and 3D modeling. Key Highlights: 1. Full architectural project supervision 2. Coordination with various specialties 3. Development of 3D modeling for clients Requirements: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture; * Registered with the Portuguese Order of Architects; * Proficiency in technical drawing software (AutoCAD); * Knowledge of Revit; Responsibilities: * Develop and supervise architectural projects from licensing to execution, ensuring adherence to deadlines; * Coordinate with various specialties involved in ongoing projects, ensuring compliance with current legislation [RJUE, PDM, SCIE, etc.]; * Prepare, submit, and follow up on documentation required for legalization and licensing with competent authorities (suppliers, clients, municipal councils, and other relevant entities); * Develop construction drawings; * Collaborate in preparing tender documents, detailed specifications, finish schedules, and quantity take-offs; * Create sketches and 3D modeling for presentation and discussion of proposals with clients; To apply, please send your CV to hr@fo\-engenheiros.com Employment Type: Full-time
