Collaborative environment focused on innovation **About Us** We seek to strengthen our Engineering Department with a dynamic professional possessing strong technical skills and a continuous improvement mindset. **Key Responsibilities** **Tool Development and Manufacturing:** * Execute all stages of industrial tool manufacturing; * Analyze product, customer, and process requirements; * Perform 3D design and prototyping; * Manufacture, implement, and monitor tools. **Process Industrialization:** * Define and optimize production flows based on product and customer requirements; * Proactively identify potential process failure points; * Implement improvements focused on cycle time optimization; * Analyze non-conforming products and identify root causes. **Test Bench Management:** * Analyze test requirements; * Ensure equipment maintenance and operational readiness; * Interact with technical suppliers and customers; * Diagnose and repair electronic components of test benches/equipment. **Requirements** **Mandatory** * Technical qualification at Level 4 or 5 in the following fields: * Electronics * Automation * Mechatronics * Technical drawing / 3D modeling * Industrial environment experience * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Critical thinking and analytical capability * Minimum English proficiency level B1 **Preferred** * Experience in EMS environments or electronics industry * Knowledge of CAD / 3D modeling * Ability to solve technical problems * Proactive profile oriented toward continuous improvement **We Offer** * Integration into a solid, technology-oriented company * Participation in challenging industrial projects * Collaborative environment focused on innovation * Continuous training and professional development Apply by sending an email to recursoshumanos@uartronica.com, attaching your CV.
